how can I make escort dude leave my party? he just seems to be stuck in my party

Forest before Port town (South West on the map), you can get Alicia stuck in a tree and there will be a scene that happens. The escort will then leave.
I don't know any other methods though.
I just found another way, if you teleport to snow plains he also leaves (just unlock the region via going by ship then use it for getting rid of the guy)

I fixed this by copying the alicia.png_ file in img/characters and just renaming it to alicia.young.png_

I hate ugly bastards but a faceless NPC who's also bald is peak laziness (or generic if you will). The only thing worse is when the dude is translucent or a disembodied dick.

I agree with the shotas (But I do like my male NPCs well-endowed, something shotas usually aren't), and highly agree on translucent/flying dicks.
I don't think faceless bald NPCs are lazy but done this way by design, the generic is the intention, it's the most effective way to portray a male without characterizing him whatsoever. I find it the least offensive male NPC to me. It doesn't distract me from the heroine and is highly cost-effective.

I got all the outfits but I'm missing the Undead one. Anyone can help?
Here is a quick guide to get the others.
>Cleric's white garment/undead
Talk to the NPCs in the church of the Royal Capital
>Alicia's outfit
Port town, talk to the tailor
>Sex Cleric's Robe
Wasteland, after unlocking the prostitution job, select advertisement
>Exorcist Robe
Snow Town, in the library there will be a book that will unlock a two-part quest. You must venture into the north cold mountains and defeat a white wolf (it's an unique NPC, you know when you see it) to get his fur. Talk to the tailor in the port town
>Divinely Bestowed Armor/divine gift
You need to defeat the evil spirit that possesses the king of Royal Capital, after saving the city, in the castle there is a training quarters where you will fight the prince, defeat him and he will award you with the outfit.
>Naked
Just get her to zero sanity.

You also want to heard them moaning as well? There is a genre called Bara or Otome, i highly recomend it to you if you dont want faceless men but with Otome you may encounter faceless females.
